Description: Natural accession associated with the Regional Mapping (RegMap) collection, created in collaboration by the J. Bergelson, J. Borevitz and M. Nordborg laboratories. This accession has been genotyped using the Affymetrix Arabidopsis 250k - SNP chip, after first selected from a collection of ~6,000 accessions genotyped using 149 genome-wide SNPs. Bulk seed were collected from offspring of a single sequenced plant.
